Speaker:Laurie Ruhlin Laurie started out teaching Quark and Illustrator in the early 90's. She has been an Adobe Illustrator user since 1988 (version 88), Photoshop version 3, QuarkXPress since 1990, version 2.0, and InDesign since it was released in 1998, version 1.0! In the past, she has taught 16 different applications, including Vector: Illustator, Freehand and CorelDRAW!; Raster: Photoshop, PhotoPaint and Painter; Desktop Publishing: QuarkXPress and PageMaker, and Presentation programs: PowerPoint, Persuasion and Harvard Graphics. She is an is an Adobe Certified Expert, Adobe Certified Instructor in both InDesign and Illustrator. She consistenly is involved in many projects that allow her to bring a wealth of real-world knowledge to the classroom. Laurie has been teaching for Ascend since 1998 |

Join AUG Chicago, The Chicago Area Adobe User Group, inAugust as we welcome back author Matthew David. Matthew, whose next book on HTML5 for Mobile is about to hit the streets, is excited to return and talk about jQuery for the Mobile Web. The release of Dreamweaver CS5.5 has added a lot compatibilty for HTML5, and this is going to be a great opportunity to learn about it.

Here is how to get started:
1. Go to groups.adobe.com
2. In the upper right had corner of the page click "Sign In"
3. Sign in with your Adobe ID or go ahead and register a new ID
4. Go to our page and join our group
5. Once signed in you can edit and customize your profile
